Always use ORGANIC
1 Cup of Apple Cider
1 Cup Pineapple
1 Peach or Half Mango
1 Cup Blueberries - fresh or frozen
Pop everything into a blender and drink!
Drink the entire amount for breakfast!
Base can be Apple Cider
or any pressed fruit juice. Apple cider
is better than apple juice & other
bottled juices since the apples have
been pressed and not boiled so they
still have a lot of the enzymes &
nutrients that are dissolved when
boiled. I use a pear plus blueberries,
strawberries & mango or any other fruit
in season. I try to limit bananas since
they are starchy. This is when I take my
flaxseed oil & bee pollen. Add it or
take yours separately, very hydrating to
